1. Order Processing Times All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Options We keep our delivery pricing simple and transparent:

  • Standard Delivery: A flat rate fee is applied to all orders at checkout, regardless of order size or item count.

  • Local Pick-Up: Free local pick-up is available for customers who select the "Local Pick-Up" option at checkout.

3. Local Pick-Up Instructions If you choose Local Pick-Up at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email notification when your package is ready for collection, along with pick-up address details and designated collection times. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting.
